Women and men of all walks of life meet together under our common aim: The Church of Scotland Guild is a movement within the Church of Scotland which invites and encourages both women and men to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and enables them to express their faith in worship, prayer and action.
The aim has been underlined in our motto which is taken from Acts 27, v23. "Whose we are and Whom we serve"
The Guild meets in the halls on the third Wednesday of each month at 2pm. Over the summer we have continued to meet for a cuppa and a chat. Preparations are underway for the programme for 2022/23. The strategy up to 2024 is Look Forward in Faith, and theme for this session is "wee seeds, big trees" when we are invited to explore the idea of growth - both spiritual and physical. We look forward to welcoming members old and new to the first meeting on 19th October at 2pm.
